It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Lynn Ward, born October 3, 1957, at Toronto General Hospital on March 26, 2018, at the age of 60. She is predeceased by her mother Margaret, her father William, and her brother Steven. She is survived by her husband Barry Billingham, her daughters Jennifer and Christine Ward-Billingham (Eric Russell), her sister Janice Ward and stepmother Donna Spence. Patricia was a dedicated nurse at The Hospital for Sick Children for 37 years. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private family service at interment which will take place at a later date. Patricia will rest with her family at St James Cemetery, Toronto.
