On Saturday August 27, 2016, Shandell passed away peacefully in her sleep in Scarborough at age 37. Always full of life, fun and adventure, she loved travelling the world and good times with family and friends. Beloved daughter of Desmond Peter Howard and the late Joan Marsille Rouse Howard and much loved sister of Yolande Howard. and Junior Denny. Loving niece of A. Marsene Newton Maloney and Dennis Rouse, Frank and Diana Howard as well as great niece of Doreen and Colin Rouse and Moneta Pinder. Cousin of many.
