Addie was easily one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She would go above and beyond to meet the needs of those around her. Her work ethic is unmatched. Watching her, made you want to work harder. She was so knowledgeable and passionate, always coming up with ideas on ways to help people with whatever goals they were working on. I’m so glad to have gotten to know her, even though it was a short time. Her patients were so blessed to have her.  My deepest condolences to her family and friends, she will be greatly missed. 


It's so hard to believe that we will never see you again this side of Heaven.  Addy's outer beauty paled in comparison to her inner beauty, and her love for God, Scott and her family shined in her eyes.

We will miss you, sweet Addy.

Dear Addy,

It's hard to put into words the sadness I feel knowing that you're no longer with us. You were such a special person, always putting others first and making a difference in the lives of those around you. Your career as an occupational therapist was a testament to your caring and selfless nature, and you touched the lives of so many people.

I will always remember your infectious energy and smile, which lit up wherever you went. You had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved, and your kindness and compassion were truly remarkable. You were a true friend, always there to lend an ear or offer a helping hand, and I feel so lucky to have known you.

It's hard to imagine a world without you in it, but I take comfort in knowing that you are at peace now. You left a lasting impact on so many people, and your legacy will live on through the lives you touched. I will always cherish the memories we shared together, and I will never forget the joy and happiness you brought to my life.

Addy you touched our lives in so many ways. I’m going to miss our conversations and your beautiful smile and contagious energy.  Scott we love you and are here for you. Remember how much Addy love God and life.  Finish the raise for her until you meet her again.  💗🙏🏻

Addy had such a passion for life.  As soon as she walked in to a room, she brought so much laughter and joy!! She loved dancing and my mom always enjoyed having her around. Now they're both in heaven dancing together. Addy's love for her nephews and nieces was beyond words. I will treasure the times we had with her!!

In 2016 a bright light entered our lives in the persona of our new daughter-in-law, Addy.  Within a few years, it became apparent that she had a strong contribution to make to our family.  We discovered how much we needed her, how much her husband, Scott, needed her, and how much the world needed her.  No doubt, her original family feels the same way.  Now, we are left to treasure the much too short time she spent with us.  She was truly a bright light in our lives.

Sweet Addy sent my mother a beautiful rose in glass surrounded by a clear liquid while she was in the hospital years ago, and it’s still going strong.  It gives my dear mother such comfort.  Addy’s kindness was endless, sincere and genuine.  We will miss her so very much.

Addy was a beautiful person inside and out. My sincerest condolences , prayers .

Remembering Addy on her last day at work at Heartland Health Center in Sept 2022.  She always gives her best welcoming smile to the patients, encouraging them when they refuse, doesn't take NO for an answer,  making sure they are comfortable and  dry before she leaves the room after a thorough Occupational therapy assessment.  very compassionate and willing to take an extra mile. She has that distinct loud laughter “HA HA” that she does that makes you comfortable with her first time you meet her.  Gone too soon, addy! You have touched our lives and our patient’s.  Thank your for your life….

Addy was a wonderful person to know. It was my pleasure to have known her before she actually came to Pinecrest. I knew Scott even before that. We spoke of moments such as these as you consistently led Michelle and I to the feet of our Savior EVERY morning with scripture , encouraging words and affirmation before we began each day. NEVER did you miss a day, always encouraging and NEVER without HOPE!

From her husband..  I never new I could feel so much for another and for us to be so very complete together (and together with God).  For her to share the same with me, there are no words that even begin to express how amazingly wonderful that was!  She is loved deeply and always will be!!!
