Lucy Ann Stewart, age 88 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday,February 8, 2014 at her residence. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach; the Sailfish Club of Florida in Palm Beach; a former member of the Junior League; and was Queen of Gasparilla of Tampa, Florida. Ms Stewart was pre-deceased by her husband A. Obie Stewart in 2007.
Ms Stewart is survived by her loving family, a son, William Forgy Stewart of Atlanta, GA; and a daughter, Linda Stewart Linnehan and her husband Joseph Linnehan Jr of Fort Myers, FL. She also will be missed by her loving grandchildren, Courteney Elizabeth Linnehan of Charlotte, NC, Katharine McLean Linnehan of Cambridge, MA and Joseph Arthur Linnehan III of Fort Myers, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday February 12, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach with a reception to follow in the church hall immediately following.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach 1101 S Flagler, West Palm Beach FL 33401.
