I miss my brother and best friend every day. I'm glad we got to be together the year before after all the years that went by. I thank God for that. I know you are in a better place Mike. Until we meet again brother. I love you Mike.  The crow.

I will always remember how nice you were to me at work!!! Many good memories and you are missed by many!!! Til’ we meet again upstairs for a cocktail my friend!!! RIP.

More than anything, my oldest brother Michael was the proud, loving father of his daughter Ashley and granddaughter Grace. 

Adoring son of his mother Vincenzina and Father Nick. 

Fiercely protective older brother of four brothers, me - Paul, Nicholas, Jon and Robert,  and one sister, Karen, when growing up in Oceanside Long Island and Paris Kentucky. 

The second oldest of the 17 Leone, D’Ottavio, Bevilacqua, Lampasone and Biscotti cousins - his younger cousins marveled at his strength and athleticism.

Smart, athletic, handsome, funny, and kind hearted, he really was the big man on campus in his senior year at Bourbon County high school. In his short stints in high school football and track he showed signs of brilliance with his speed and strength, competing in the 100-yard dash in the state championship and being the only walk-on to make the University of Kentucky football team. 

He was an animal lover, and especially loved his Doberman, Action, and he loved the outdoors. He would have made a great Park Ranger. 

After graduating from Morehead State University in 1981,  he worked in various jobs in New York until our brother Nick hired Michael, along with our brother Jon, sister Karen, cousins Steven and Greg, at Park Beach Parking 23 years ago. The team of hundreds at Palm Beach Parking team had great affection for Michael given his good nature.

In a word, Michael was "Michael".  There was no one like him and there was no one who could change him.  

We all loved Michael dearly, and will miss him forever, and yet it was painful for our family to see him suffer in such poor health the last several years.  Paul Leone
