Devoted son of late Ellen and Robert Kramer. Dearest brother of Sandra (late Jack) Olsen, Karen (Lynn) Burgess, Christine Stratton, late Carol (late Lee) Greene and the late Kevin Kramer. Survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Keith had a free spirit, anyone that had the pleasure of knowing him will remember him by always speaking his mind with no filter, and loving to make others laugh.
