Leonard T. Kujawa of West Seneca, NY passed on April 10, 2026; Dear husband of 49 years to Kathleen L. (nee Keegan) Kujawa; loving father of Julie (Anson) Miller and Lori (Nicholas) Budniewski; much loved grandpa of Olivia, Isabella and Molly; brother of Gerri (Daniel) Chonka and Kathleen A. Kujawa; Brother-in-law of Dale (Elaine) Keegan and the late Lawrence (Lyn) Keegan; also survived by an aunt, nieces, nephews and cousins. Leonard was a retired Moog employee. Visitation will be held at Hoy Funeral Home, 3855 Seneca Street, West Seneca, NY, Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 5 to 8 PM. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3512 Clinton St, West Seneca, NY Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11AM. Please assemble at church.
