Alberto is survived by his wife, Lilia Garcia, and his children, Sergio Santiago, Cesar Santiago, Carmen Torres, Eldwin Torres, Natali Torres, David Torres, Omar Jr Torres, and Emmanuel Torres.

A Viewing will take place at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7405 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, Utah, on December 19, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Graveside Service will be held at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, Utah, on December 19, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. Alberto Omar Torres-Davalos will be laid to rest at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
