David Michael Yost passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 at the age of 56. He was born on September 25, 1956 in Kellogg, Idaho to Meral and Doris Yost. He married Catherine Erickson in 1976 and was married for 27 years. David enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking and hunting. He worked for Whitmore Oxygen, Hercules and UPS.
He is survived by: daughters, Kim (Chad) Nicholls, Julie Yost, Natalie (Eric) Reimann, son, Jeff (Megan) Yost and seven grandchildren. Mother, Doris Yost, sisters, Barbara (Gary) Tidwell, Laura Johnson, brother, Herb (Wendy) Yost and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by Meral Yost (Father) and Anna Burton (sister).
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11:00 am in Valley View Funeral Home at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City. Friends and family may call Friday, September 27th at the same location from 6-8 pm and Saturday 10- 10:45 am. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations for funeral expenses are appreciated at any Zion’s Bank location under David Yost.
