Donald Frank Jackson returned to his Heavenly Home on January 3, 2017.Born on September 6, 1953 in Kearns, Utah, Donald was the third of four boys. Donald was a sweet and kind soul with a beautiful spirit. He loved to do things with his brothers, like go fishing and watch movies. He won many medals in the "Special Olympics" from the various group homes he lived in and was cared for. Donald always teased anyone he liked. He'd always check to see if you had holes in your pockets so he could grab the change. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Jerry Jackson, and Betty Wilcox Jackson, and one brother, Richard Ernest Jackson, his grandparents Harvey and Pansy Jackson. Survived by brothers Jerry Charles Jackson of Taylorsville, Utah and Ray C. Jackson of Kearns, Utah. Viewing will be held at the Valley View Funeral Home Chapel at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah, on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 11:00-12:00, funeral services at 12:00. Internment will be at the Valley View Mortuary on 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120.
