Jeanette Casazza

1935~2014

Jeanette Caroline Casazza passed away June 25, 2014 surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. She was born Dec. 12, 1935 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John & Dagmar Zetterquist. She graduated from West High. She married Lawrence Casazza on April 6, 1957. They had five children.

Mom was a faithful member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints. She held many positions; ward chorister, primary president, stake missionary. Music was her passion and she had the most beautiful voice.

Jeannette is survived by her children; Mark (Tammy), Deborah (John) Bryant, Miriam (Bobby) Aun, Nathan (Kathy), and Bonnie (William) Rigby. 22 grandchildren, 42 and half great grandchildren, her siblings; Doris Jansen, Michael (Faun) Zetterquist, Joan Zetterquist, and Christine Jensen.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband; Lawrence, son; John and siblings, Harold and Norma.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 1 at 11:00 am at the Harmon Ward, 3671 S. Oldham St. A viewing will be held Monday June 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S. and from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to services on Tuesday at the church.
