Jennifer Lynne Chapman, age 33, passed away in her sleep at her home in Kearns, Utah. She was born February 10, 1983 to Teresa Haga and Ralph Chatwin. She attended Kearns High School graduated class of 2002. She married Anthony “Tony” Chapman on July 2, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jennifer loved her family first and foremost. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter making projects out of paper, cloth, food, almost anything, playing video games or doing cross stitch. She was an avid reader; she could read 300 pages in one day. She was creative and a flower designer.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Anthony Lee Chapman, daughter Zoey Jean Chapman, parents Teresa Haga & Ralph L. Chatwin, sister Melissa Chatwin, brother Jordan Williams, Aunt Melinda Judd, cousin Thomas Judd and her grandmother Shirley Ririe.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 at 12 noon at Valley View Funeral Home Chapel, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
