Judith Lynne Wayman, 68, passed away in her Kaysville, Utah home on Sunday, March 2, 2014. Judith, Judy to those who loved her, was born on April 17, 1945 to John R. Lonowski, Jr. and Ellen Victoria Carlson in Berwyn, Illinois.
Judy graduated from High School in Illinois and later in her life went on to attend the College of New Hampshire. She married Robert L. Van Duren in 1970. They were married for 17 years and had one daughter. Judy married Jeffery B. Wayman in 2008 and she cherished the life they shared together.
Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed meeting new people and worked many years in customer service for the banking industry. Her favorite things were dancing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Angela (Jason) Gavin; grandchildren, Olivia, Megan, John, and James; and sisters, Sharon Muller and Rosemarie (Michael) Martino. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 9:45 – 10:45am on Monday, March 10 at Valley View Funeral Home, located at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah. Services will begin at 11am, with a graveside service following at Valley View Memorial Park.
