Kelly was born October 14, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Clint and Barbara Flanders. A hard worker and successful 3 generation business owner he lived life to the fullest according to his rules. An avid hunter and fisherman who loved to be the center of attention. Loved to ride his Harleys and drive his Lightning Truck. He was proud to serve in the U.S. Marine Corp. Kelly is survived by his loving children, Shea, Christian, Alexis and Cassie; Best Friend and wife, Georgia Flanders mother, Barbara Flanders; siblings, Sherri (Doug) Jamison, Penny Gittins and Candy (Rick) Perry, and grandmother, Margaret Mooney. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Clinton Francis Flanders .
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
