A viewing for Rafael will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
Rafael will be laid to rest in Valley View Memorial Park, Our Lady of Guadalupe Garden, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120.
