Sondra Arlene Owen was born June 21, 1943 to Lester and Thelma Hansen Owen, in Murray, Utah. She married Harold Don Christensen on June 29, 1961 in the Salt Lake temple. He passed away on June 14, 1998. She later married Ralph Raddon, September 29, 2001. He passed away February 10, 2005.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all of her life and loved serving in the church in different callings, but especially serving in the Relief Society as a counselor for four different Relief Society Presidents.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Teri), Bonnie (Mark) Stout, Brian and Tonya; brothers, Lewis and Gerald (Betty); sisters, Elizabeth (Rich) and Patty (Sam); grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank everybody who has been a support to Sondra with their prayers, love and support through her cancer journey, particularly to the special man in her life, Charles Peterson. She had a great love for all of you.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Kearns 14th Ward, 4232 West 5015 South, Kearns, Utah, where friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
