Joe Edward Menear of San Clemente, California passed away on October 24, 2010. A visitation will take place on Monday, November 1, 2010 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at Westminster Memorial Park. Services will be held Monday, November 1, 2010 at 12:00 noon in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with a graveside service to follow.
