Martin Ibarez was born on May 18, 1970 in Acapulco, Mexico and passed away on January 1, 2021 in his adopted home of Orange County, California. A father, grandfather and friend to many, Martin's legacy is one of lives touched through kindness.
It is with great pride that he cared for and imparted lessons of perseverance and positivity to his three children Sebastian, Monica and Cassandra. Despite life's inevitable challenges, it was in Martin's nature to find joy in the everyday. He generously shared this vivacity through his humor, charm and genuine affection for others. Whether you knew him as a referee, a coworker, or a golf partner, Martin was a friend first, his heart open and hands extended to help out whenever he was needed.
His life was filled with two goals: to be happy and to live life to the fullest. He leaves behind memories to be cherished by those who knew him, his laughter forever echoing in our hearts.
He may have left us much too soon, and we will miss him tremendously, but if life is to be measured in moments, his was indeed very full.
