Saul was born on July 10, 1945, in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico to Maria Elisa Delgado and Ramon Martinez.
He graduated High School from Lydia Patterson Institute in El Paso, Texas.
Saul married Francisca Rocha in July 1973, and together they raised three sons.
He loved his sweets, chorizo, Pan Dulce, and homemade beans. He enjoyed volunteering at church teaching Catechism, walking around the neighborhood, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his honesty, cherishing relationships, and his devotion to God and his family.
Saul is survived by his wife (Francisca), three sons (Saul Jr., Fabio, and Adrian), two daughters in-law (Noelle and Vanessa), four grandchildren (Joseph, Monica, Valerie, Matthew), and great-grandchild (Fabian).
He is preceded in death by his father and mother.
A Viewing will be held for Saul, on Friday, June 13, 2025 fro 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel, Westminster, California.
A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 12:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel, Westminster California.
