

Gordon was born in Spalding Saskatchewan. After leaving school, Gordon worked in the mining industry at Wawa Ontario and Lynn Lake Manitoba.
Gordon married Elsie Trohubiak in 1956 and the following year, he became a member of the newly formed Weyburn City Police. In his 36 years of Police Service, he graduated through the ranks spending his last nine years of service as Chief of Police. Gordon received his training with the Regina City Police, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Saskatchewan Police College in Regina and the Canadian Police College in Ottawa, Ontario.
Gordon was baptized in 1967 as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and retained that faith until his passing. He had complete faith in the bibles’ promise of resurrection where Jesus promised that the dead will live again forever on a paradise earth.
Gordon is survived by this son, Lonnie Dynna and daughter-in-law, Jennifer Hogan, daughter, Alphisa Thorson and son-in-law, Wade Thorson; grandchildren, Morgan and Michael Dynna (Dakota Browne), Amber Hogan (Sam Trogi), Selina Hogan; and grandchildren Lucy and Dax Moran and Millie Trogi as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Gordon was predeceased by his loving wife Elsie Dynna and his two brothers and two sisters.
At the request of Gordon and Family, no Formal Service will be held.
