Chisholm, Kenneth John, born March 30, 1915 passed away at Fillmore Health Centre, Fillmore, Saskatchewan on the 20th of July, 2011 at the age of 96 years. Kenneth devoted his life to farming. He loved the land and he loved his animals. Kenneth remained single his life. He was a sociable and likeable gentleman who was known for his kindness to everyone he knew. He enjoyed watching many different sporting events but was most fond of soccer and hockey. Kenneth particularly enjoyed watching a good lightening storm. He was a wonderful uncle and took Neil to Stoughton every Saturday. He will be lovingly remembered by many. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Neil & Margaret Chisholm; nephew, Wesley and his loving sister, Eva Ross. Kenneth is survived by his nephew, Neil Chisholm (Gerry) of Edmonton, Alberta and a great nephew, Rod Chisholm of Red Deer, Alberta. A Graveside Service was held Monday, July 25, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Gap View Cemetery with Reverend Deborah Laforet officiating Interment at Gap View Cemetery. Donations in memory of Kenneth may be made to the Fillmore Health Centre, Fillmore, Saskatchewan.
