It was really appreciated that we could virtually attend the memorial to Les today.  Though we are far apart by distance we think fondly of Les and his good humour and love of Music. The family gatherings for variety of reasons over the  years always seemed to have a dance to the hill family music.  Les of course snd all his family are in our thoughts today snd always.  Uncle Ken and Aunt Barbara. Greg and Scot,  Ryan and Cathy

Les is my cousin and our mothers were sisters and we spent  a lot of time together either in Weyburn or on our farm in Heward. usually all the family came to our farm as it was a big old farmhouse.  Great memories for sure!  Whenever we were together there was music and dancing in our parlour. Uncle Fred supplied the music and everyone danced the night away. I moved to Winnipeg to take Nursing but still managed to attend most weddings.  
Les was always fun and when he married Margaret ,they quickly started their family- all boys and what a busy home that was.           Chris and I visited Les and Margaret in August  and we are so happy to have had that time with Les and Margaret, Rest in peace cousin!  Our thoughts are with you Marg and your wonderful family. We would have liked to be there with you during this time. Love Linda Chris, Trevor, Stephanie Clara and Emma, Tyler and Taryn and Keith 

Attended many years of the Cancer Jamboree at Nickel Lake.  So much fun was had!  Will always remember Les’s dedication to this great cause.  Les always had a smile and was up for a chit chat.  RIP Les!  

My deepest condolences to Les's  family .  I have known him for many years and lived next door to him for quite a few years.   We always had a good visit when we met.   When someone you love passes they become a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.

Les was just a good guy with a fabulous sense of humour. A great teacher of music. A great performer. A great father. A super grampa. A definite someone that I loved chatting with about anything.  Will miss those chats my friend. Get together with Ron and show’m in heaven what real country music should sound like !  Sincerest condolences to Maggie and the boys !

So very sorry that we couldn't come to the funeral.I have many fond memories of Les and lots of photos as well. He was a great guitar player and singer, sure will miss him but he's up in Heaven with his  mom & Dad and brother Ernie

Thinking of Les brings back such fun memories. Randy and Les as friends and ‘car lovers’ in their younger yrs.  Later years we shared such good times with all the Hill family.  Les was a good person, Rest In Peace dear friend. Condolences to all the family.

My condolences to Margaret and her children and grand-children.  "Back in the day", Les could always be counted upon when called-out with the tow truck.

I am so sadden to hear the passing of les my condolences go out to the family,  I worked with less at dreis brothers in weyburn,  les was like a father to me when I worked there, he always made me smile and always had good things to say, I learnt alot of things from les, he tought me how to run the tow truck and such, my memories will always be alive with les, and I will never forget him, rest in peace my friend 

I’m saddened to hear of Leslie’s passing. We were school friends many years ago. He was a good person, always a pleasure to visit with. 

Les is a memorable part of yesteryear.  The Maas kids of 3rd Avenue grew up right next door, and have many stories of the whole Hill clan! He will be remembered with a smile and a whistle!
