Carol Dendorfer was born December 21, 1932 and passed away peacefully June 26, 2023 with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband Ronald, sons Rick (Leslee) & Brian (Janet), 3 grandchildren Erika (Brian) Krasovec, Matthew (Brittney), and Amanda (Kolman) Gearhart, 11 great-grandchildren, her brother Lewis (Dutch) Ebaugh as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Growing up, she loved horses and all things to do with small towns and ranching. She was a very loving and giving person. She studied and completed nursing school at St. Anthony’s in 1951. She met her husband Ron at the old Tobin’s Drug Store on West Colfax. They were married in 1952. She raised two sons with love and a firm but gentle hand. She donated her time as a teacher’s aide at Cheltenham Elementary School, then was a real help in assisting her husband in his business ventures, answering phones, helping customers as well as donating to numerous organizations over the years. She enjoyed her time reading, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center of Littleton or Shriners Hospital for Children.
