Catherine Nolan Grimm

Catherine Nolan Grimm, passed away on June 19, 2025 at age 98 at Tranquility Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA after a brief illness. She was born on December 4, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio. She married Orville Grimm on December 7, 1945 and they had nine children. She is cherished by her surviving seven children, one sister, 24 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers, her husband Orville on April 7, 1985, two sons, two grandsons one great grandson and one great-great granddaughter. She lived by the following: life is a gift by itself – live it to the fullest – give of yourself to others - pray often (even if it is silent) – forgive without regret and remember what is important. LOVE (even if you don’ see it – you will feel it.)

A private interment will be at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 10 am.

Cathy’s warmth, fun personality and infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Famous last words - live everyday as though it’s your last – when I am gone, I am gone so “Let Me Go but love me always – because I will always love you.”
