

Cellen Ramirez attended Manuel High School and was employed by U.S. West where she spent 35 years working upon retiring. While at U.S. West, she was a proud member of the Communication Workers of America union while becoming a union steward. At U.S. West she also was a member of ”Somos”, a Hispanic College Scholarship Fund Organization.
Cellen upon retiring became a Volunteer at St. Anthony's Ladies Auxiliary, and attended Emily Griffith Opportunity School where she studied Floral Design.
She also loved to read her bible, spend time with her family along with here pets and would sometimes cheer on the broncos along with another sports team. She was known for her tenacity and loyalty to her family. Cellen also having a caring, loving heart supported several charities. Cellen also loved being a member of “Lily of the Valley Pentecostal church”, pastor Richard Hernandez.
Cellen is survived by her son Gary and daughter Terry Pedraza. She is also survived by her siblings Mary Martinez, Pat Pacheco, several cousins, nieces and nephews and spouse Blas Ramirez. She is also predeceased by her father Ezekiel Rico and Mother Augustina Rico. She is also predeceased by her sisters Connie Hernandez, Hope Martinez, Vera Rico and Lucy Marquez.
