Charlotte is survived by her sister, Ricki Stephenson; brother, David Samiran; nephew, Eric Stephenson; brother-in-law, Ed Stephenson; and two first cousins, Chris Buster and Pamala Wilson.
Charlotte graduated from Metro State College with a degree in nursing. She joined the Air Force serving as an RN at the Air Force Academy. She transferred to Japan where she became a Flight Nurse. She achieved the rank of Captain before leaving the military. She then became an ICU nurse at Colorado General Hospital which she left after becoming disabled.
Charlotte lived a quiet life until her passing at age 70. She was much loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
