Derrick Ortiz 48, of Wondervu, Colorado passed away gently on April 15, 2021. Since the age of 14 years old he was employed at the family owned Wondervu Café and Gift Shop. Derrick graduated from Fairview High School after attending Nederland Elementary. He loved the beautiful place he called home, Wondervu.
Derrick was preceded in death by his father Leonard Ortiz, and brother Jason Ortiz. He is survived by his mother Adeline Clairmont.
