Donald L. Kreutzer, age 62, passed away February 24, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, CO. Don was born December 22, 1953 in Hays, Kansas. He graduated from Ranum High School, Denver CO, attended Outward bound and completed the iron workers apprentice program. He was an employee of the City of Arvada Water Department for 20 years and iron worker/member of Local Union 24 for 16 years. He also officiated baseball, football and basketball for 17 years.
Don enjoyed activities with his children including cub scout leader, brownie leader and coach of numerous sports teams. His hobbies included fishing, boating, bowling and fantasy baseball. He is survived by his wife Bonnie; children Joshua and Jennifer (Christopher) Swisher; grandchildren: Crimson, Simon, Auron and Jacob; 9 siblings: Esther Morales, Carol Dahlinger, Jan Logan, Bendetta Kreutzer, Ben Kreutzer, Dennis Kreutzer, Charisse Kreutzer, Laveda Reed and Patricia Valdez. He was preceded in death by his mother and step father Marjorie and Wolford Zimmerman and father Benedict Kreutzer. Memorial service will be Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 10am at the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection.
