Edith was born in Colby, Kansas and passed away at the age of 78 at West Lake Care Community in Lakewood, CO. She was the daughter of Ellen and Kenneth Gillette Sr. Edith is survived by two brothers Ken Jr. (Carol) and Don Sr. (Shannon), three children Alice (Albert), Bobby and Billy and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Edith had many friends and brought joy to the residents and staff an West Lake Care Community. It was there that she enjoyed many activities, especially poker (a game that she was very good at). Edith was preceded in death by her parents and niece Corrine Gillette.
Graveside services will be on Wed., Aug. 28, 2013 at 10:00 am at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
