Eileen Klein passed away January 19, 2014 in Centennial, Colorado at the age of 95 years. She was the born October 26, 1918, the eldest daughter of William and Addie Cleary, born in Sedgwick, Colorado. Eileen was the valedictorian of Sedgwick High School and was awarded a scholarship to University of Denver, which she attended for one year before marrying Ralph M. Klein (deceased 1984). Children of their 46 year marriage were Donald Klein (deceased 2012), Annette McGuire, and Judy Fox.
She is also survived by daughter-in-law Sandi Klein, sister Mozelle Lechman; grandchildren Shelley Elliott, Randy Klein, Ruanne Lamarine, Chris McGuire, Cheryl McAleer, Colleen Gregor, Karri Hood (deceased 1994), Marc Hood; and 18 great grandchildren.
Eileen worked at Central Bank of Denver (now US Bank) for 25 years, starting as a teller and finishing her career as an investment officer. In retirement, she volunteered at the Arvada Senior Center, where she met Edward Beach to whom she was married for 16 years before his death in 2004.
We are blessed in knowing her spirit is alive and burning bright in the hearts of those who loved her.
