Ella Jane Dale

She was born June 4, 1933, in Denver Colorado, to Thelma Louise Oxford Lampton and Lester Lampton.

Ella attended Westminster High School. She has been a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1945. An avid Denver Bronco fan, she enjoyed attending the games and hosting family Bronco parties.

She is survived by 2 sons, Norman (Jeannie) Dale of Buford, Georgia and Roland (Vickie) Dale of Kiowa, Colorado; sisters Velva McLain of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Marybelle (George) Minellono of El Paso, Texas and Wanda Jones of Federal Heights, Colorado; brother Tom (Carolyn) Martin of Centennial, Colorado; grandchildren Ben, Tim and Madeline Dale of Buford, Georgia, Angela Dale of Westminster, Colorado and Bryan Dale of Fort Collins, Colorado; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Ella is preceded in death by her parents, Thelma Martin, Lester Lampton and J Roland Martin, her husband Robert Dale and brothers Sonny and Alvin Lampton.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3990 West 74th Avenue, Westminster, Colorado, 80030. Private burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church.
