Elsie passed away peacefully with family by her side. She is survived by her sons Cliff (Colette) and Cal, grandchildren Carrie Parker, Bryan Parker, Christy (Micah) Claycamp, Michelle (Mike) Gonzales, Lori (Michael) Gossenauer, Josh Parker, Jordain Parker, Jed Parker, Luke Jimerson and Sarah Wilson, 11 great-grandchildren and sister Frances Shuler. Her husband Charles and son Chuck preceded her in death. Private services will be held. Elsie will be laid to rest next to her husband at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
