Frank is survived by his treasured wife of 62 years, Ruth; children Cheryl A. (John) Light, Gregory R. (Debra) Miller and Vickie L. (Chris) Dougherty; grandchildren Michelle R. (Justin) Davis; Gregory R. Miller II; Nichole A. (Forest Shade) Rossetter, Adam C. Dougherty and Daniel J. Miller; siblings Judith G. Anderson and Robert L. Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Wilda Miller and brothers Clarence E. Alfred C. and Richard A. Miller.
