It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, George Walter Todd Jr, who left us on November 28, 2024, at the age of 80. George was a dedicated family man who was the cornerstone of our family and a constant source of love, strength, and guidance.
Born in Boston on November 13, 1944, George spent his life giving selflessly to those he loved. He cherished every moment with his family and was known for his unwavering devotion to his wife, children, and grandchildren. His warm presence and caring heart made him a role model and an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
A man of great integrity, George believed in the power of family, hard work, and kindness. He found joy in the simple things—sharing stories, enjoying family gatherings, and offering a listening ear. George spent years in Finance in top tech companies and is known as a Triple Eagle with Boston College (High school, Bachelor, and Master’s degrees). His passion was walking on the beach and watching Boston College and the Patriots football. You could always hear stories about Doug Flutie and Tom Brady from Dad.
George is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Patrick Todd (wife Lauren) and Kerrie Trimm (husband Jon); and his grandchildren, Sidney Trimm and Tony Trimm. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Walter Todd Sr. and Mary Todd.
A Catholic Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th, at Our Lady of Fatima in Lakewood, CO at 12:00 pm. The address is 1985 Miller St., Lakewood, CO., followed by a gathering to celebrate his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
We take comfort in knowing that Dad is now at peace, but his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. His love will continue to guide us, and his memory will live on in the stories we share and the lives he touched.
