Glenna Marie Hofer

Glenna Marie Hofer, 82 passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17th, 2017. Glenna was born in South Bend, Indiana and was married to her husband Joseph there in 1957. They had two children together Bruce Hofer and Angela Hansen. Glenna loved her family dearly and loved being a part of the Hofer extended family.

Glenna worked as a loan officer and retired from the Rio Grande Operating Credit Union. She was an accomplished Cellist, and an avid sports fan, enjoying football, baseball, and basketball. She was also a member of Hope Baptist Church in Wheat Ridge, CO which she loved attending.

Glenna is survived by her two children Bruce Hofer (Leonna Hofer) and Angela Hansen (Todd Hansen) as well as grandchild Jennifer Bass (Gerry Bass). She is also survived by her two sisters Doris Dean and Idell La Marche.

Glenna was preceded in death by her parents Glen and Irene Davis, her husband Joseph Hofer, her grandson Zachary M. Joseph and daughter Cynthia M. Hofer.

She was treasured by her family and will be missed by all. Bruce, Angela, and the family hope that you will be able to attend Glenna’s visitation 9:00am to 10:30am, followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00am on Thursday March 23rd, 2017 at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
