Gloria Marie Martinez, born on October 5, 1936, in San Diego, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, at the age of 88. She was the second of six children and spent her later years as a cherished resident of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Gloria lived a full and adventurous life. She had a deep love for the outdoors, finding joy in hunting, fishing, and skiing-both on the slopes and the water. She embraced life with a fearless spirit and an infectious laughter that brought warmth to all who knew her.
A widow, Gloria was surrounded by many dear friends who became like family. She will be remembered for her kindness, her sense of humor, and the way she lit up every room she entered.
A celebration of Gloria's life will be held on Monday, April 14, at 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable woman who truly lived life to the fullest.
