KRUEGER, HENRY W. (Hank), 92 of Westminster, CO. Beloved husband and father died Oct. 5, 2011. He waltzed through life with his wife of 69 years, Wilma. He was born in Marinette, WI on Jan. 8, 1919 to Henry and Della Krueger. Hank and Wilma owned Adonis Beauty Supply in Arvada. A lifelong Chicago Bears and Cubs fan, Hank also enjoyed ballroom dancing;
winning many contests with Wilma. They met while dancing at the El Patio Ballroom at Lakeside Amusement Park in 1942 where he told his friend, “There’s the girl I am going to marry.” They eloped one month later in Kearney, NE on July 26, 1942.
He was a corporal in the Army Air Force in World War II and served as a Quarter Master at Hunter’s Field in Savanah, GA. He received his Law degree from CU Boulder. Hank is also survived by his sister, Doris, his daughter, Karen Larsen (Brian)
granddaughters Kyla and Brenna, and son Richard Krueger (Diana) grandson Gabriel. Preceded in death by sisters Laverne and Della. Services will be held at Friday October 14, 9:00 a.m. at Crown Hill Mortuary. Donations may be sent to the American Heart Association.
