Jerry passed away on July 19, 2017 at the age of 54. His family and friends knew him as a skilled musician, and a music connoisseur. Jerry's instrument of choice was the saxophone; as seen in the accompanied photograph, and his family has many fond memories of Jerry playing his prized saxophones over the years. He was a proud member of Masonic Liberty Lodge #134, and he previously played in the Denver Junior Police Band.
Survivors include his son, Harrison Carroll; his daughter, Jessie Mae Carroll (Stuart Campbell); 3 grandchildren, Hazze, Haylee, and Lila; his mother, Kathryn M. Carroll; brother, Harry J. Carroll Jr.; and his sister, Kathleen (Charles) Calentine; as well as 2 nephews, Daniel Calentine and Kevin Calentine and a niece, Caitlin Walburn.
Jerry is preceded in death by his beloved father, Harry J. Carroll Sr.
His funeral service will be held Thursday, July 27 at 2:00 PM at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave in Wheat Ridge, CO. Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral. Jerry's final resting place will be in the adjacent Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
