Hui Lang Wan, 78, passed away on July 26, 2013 surrounded by love. She owned a restaurant for over 20 years and lived a happy and beautiful life. Mrs. Wan was surrounded by love and looked forward to holidays when family from across the country would gather in her home. She loved the sounds of her large family and playing mah-jong with her children and her grandchildren. She was the matriarch and was loved by family.
Survived by her children - Mei Chin Chang, Mei Chuan Yip, Mei Yun Truong, Meili Pao, Meina Ling, and Gary Shawn Wan. Cherished by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wan was loved by many and will be missed dearly. Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday, August 5, 2013 from 9am to 10am at the Pavilion of Reflection located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery.
Funeral services are on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 10am in the Pavilion of Reflection.
A reception will follow the burial at Wan's Mandarin House at 13710 E. Quincy Ave., Aurora, CO 80015.
Final resting place will be in the Asian Garden located on the grounds of Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
