Jack J Blakeslee went peacefully to be with his Savior on January 22, 2021. He was born on May 12, 1936 in Arvada, Colorado to Paul and Mary Blakeslee. He married the love of his life, JoAnne on February 10, 1962. Their lives were filled with love by their two children Jeff and Jennifer, their 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Jack had a very successful career of 31 years at Rocky Flats. When he wasn’t filling his home with love and laughter you could find him out in God’s nature hunting and fishing. He often gifted others with his talents in woodworking and created beautiful works of art with stained glass. As a grandfather he enjoyed telling stories about growing up in Evergreen and sharing his Altoids. He is survived and deeply missed by his wife, JoAnne, children, Jeff (Lori) and Jennifer Guthrie (Mark), grandchildren, Jennesa Yanez (Art), Andrew, Jordin Atteridg (John), Colton, and Preston and great-grandchildren, Arturo, Austin and Kayleigh Jo.
