Janice L. Perkins, age 90, passed away January 4, 2015 in Arvada, CO. She was born January 14, 1924 in Jamestown, NY. Janice served in the United States Navy during WWII and enjoyed reading and walking. She is survived by her husband James; daughters: Jackie (Gary) Osantowski and Joyce Perkins; grandchildren: Cari, Jason and Jamie and great grandchildren: Mackenzie, Paige, Brennan and Logan. She was preceded in death by her mother Mildred; son Jay Perkins and sister Norma Lindsey. Visitation will be Sunday, January 11, 2015 from 4-6pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral Service will be Monday, January 12, 2015 at 12:00pm at the Olinger Crown Hill Chapel of Peace.
