86, of Lakewood, Colorado. Joan passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 5, 2017. She was born on Tuesday, August 25, 1931 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Joan is survived by her two sons, John A. Shrope of Lakewood Colorado and Greg H. Shrope (Janice Cano-Shrope) of Yuma, Arizona.
She will forever be remembered by her sons for her willpower, unconditional love, and for her compassion for others.
A funeral service for Joan will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11:00am at the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection. Her final resting place will be in the adjacent Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
