Celebration of Life will be at 11:00am on Monday December 18, 2017 at Olinger Crown Hill, Pavilion of Reflection with a reception to follow. His cremated remains will be placed at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, in a private ceremony, with full military honors rendered by the United States Air Force. Contributions can be made to the Leroy V. Cook, Jr. Memorial Fund at any First Bank branch.
