Graduated May 18th, 1944- a class of 17 from Hoehne High School

She was a secretary bookkeeper who was very detail oriented and an excellent worker.
She was an excellent seamstress, painter and excellent at needlework.
She loved deeply and trusted the Lord to take care of her.
She made us laugh so much and was always willing to help. Lorraine gave the best hugs and kisses.
She loved fishing and hunting with her husband and son.
She took me in as her daughter at the age of 16; I am now 74.
She was there for the birth of our girls and all events in our family.
We were so blessed when she moved to Arizona in January of 2012.That was the best day ever!
We were so blessed to have had her so close. When she came she filled our house with love, understanding, and faith. She cherished all her friends. Some she had had since grade school. The last few years were very hard for her not being able to create beautiful work. She would always say painting would make her happy again.
She loved her Colorado sports teams- Broncos, Rockies and Nuggets. She was so cute- watching her when they played a Phoenix team she rooted for both! We will always be together watching sports and Jeopardy.
Preceded in death by husband, Sylvester, son, Robert, parents John and Jennie Cook, a cousin Richard Cook, and many loving friends.
Survived by Carla and Bob Crum; grandchildren Carleen Crum, Victoria and Chris Romero; great grandchildren Natasha, Ashley, Melody, and Caydence. Great-great grandchildren: Letecia, Brian, Savannah, Alanna; cousins Nancy Cook and Wanda and a host of nieces and nephews and loving friends.
