Madelon Ruth Barlow

Madelon Ruth Barlow went to be with her Lord and Savior July 3 2022 at an amazing age of 102. Madelon was born August 20, 1919 in Wymore Nebraska. And lived her life in Lakewood Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl W. Barlow and son Paul G. Barlow.

All her life Madelon was dedicated to the First Baptist Church of Lakewood CO as a member and bookkeeper and also Trinity Baptist Church of Wheat Ridge.

Throughout her life she enjoyed swimming, tennis, piano, reading books, and enjoyed her newspaper. An excellent cook, she also spent a lot of her time gardening and her dill pickles were outstanding.

Madelon enjoyed watching baseball, basketball, and of course the Broncos.

Madelon loved her family and friends, and neighbors.

Three surviving children, Gary (Mary) Barlow , Billie Lou (Bruce) Dean, Carol Sue Carrington. Grandchildren: Mathew Barlow, Bart Dean, Michael Dean, Abby (Lance) Carrington, Jason Barlow, and four Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday July 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Olinger’s Crown Hill Chapel. 7777 W. 29th ave Wheat Ridge CO 80033 with Pastor Ed Niswender officiating. Reception afterwards.
