Marilyn passed away on Oct 27, 2024. Marilyn was born June 3, 1937 in Ravenna, Nebraska.
Marilyn and Dominic (Dom) Calbi, were married March 15, 1985.
Marilyn attended schools in Grand Island and continued her education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she received her B.A. in teaching. She earned her Master’s degree from Denver university in Library Sciences. Marilyn taught school in Omaha for 2 years before moving to Denver and teaching in Denver Public schools and later becoming a librarian. She worked in Denver public schools for over 30 years.
In retirement Marilyn & Dom focused on travel. They traveled extensively throughout the states and cruised internationally including a round the world cruise for over 6 months and they often took cruises to Hawaii and the Caribbean. For a guy from the Bronx and a Cornhusker gal. Retirement was amazing.

Services will be held Thursday November 7 at 11:00 am. Crown Hill Mortuary in Wheat Ridge, Co.
