Norma was born in Maywood, Nebraska. She attended McCook Junior College where she earned an Associates Degree. This is where she met the love of her life, Philip Yonker. They celebrated 60 years of marriage in June 2020.
Norma enjoyed spending time with her family – 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading, needlework, playing cards.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents, brother, three sisters.
