She is survived by children Dennis (Jill) Cypher, Thomas (Rhonda) Cypher, Joyce (Bob) Lesher, daughter-in-law Regina Cypher, grandchildren Trevor Cypher, Patricia (Christian) Maldonado, Niccole (Rosario, Jr. "J.R.") Corradino, Tyler (Emily) Cypher, Nathan Cypher, Norman Cypher, Jr., Tiffany (Rick) Bryant, Tina (Tracy) Tucker and Sean (Gloria) Lesher, great-grandchildren Cabe Maldonado, Taelynn Maldonado, Gabriella Corradino, Joseph Caudill, Ryan Caudill, Mikaela Cypher, Guy Cypher, Zachary Tucker, Joshua Tucker and Dylan Lesher, one great-great grandchild Kynlie Marsolek, siblings Virgil "Pete" (Norma) Oborg and Delores "Dodie" (Eyler) Anderson and nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Guy Cypher, her brother Wayne "Buddy" Oborg, son Norman Cypher, Sr. and a great-great grandson Cory Reese Lesher.
Visitation will be on Thurs. 4/6 from 6-8pm with her Celebration of Life at 11:00am on Fri 4/7, both at Olinger Crown Hill. Following the services, she will be laid to rest with her husband at Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
