Randy Steven Kailey, 61, passed away Nov. 30, 2016. He is survived by his children, Nicole and Brandy, his brother Terry, and 4 grandchildren. Randy was preceded in death by his father Gerald "Gary" and mother Sandra "Sandy" Kailey. Services Thursday December 8th, 1:00 at Olinger Crown Hill's Tower of Memories Chapel.
