

He was a graduate of Westminster High School and also attended PIMA and ITT. Bob worked for many years he was an assistant manager with Phillips 66, and for the past 25 years he worked for the Department of Human Services as a file clerk until his retirement in 2023. He enjoyed his job and he enjoyed the people he worked with.
In December of 1996 he met his soon to be wife Karen. They were married on October 30, 1998, he had wanted to be married on his favorite holiday Halloween, but Karen said, " NO", she also said, "NO" to him wearing and orange and blue tux.
Bob became a good step father to Matthew Weir, and in time became Staci Weir's father in law, he also became Grandpa to Elijah, Shawnaci and Taytum. He loved it that Taytum called him Pappy. Bob was also great grandpa to Savier and Natalie.
He loved his family, singing in the church choir, movie dates with Karen and of course Broncos Football. I told him that he could now be an angel in the end zone and help the Broncos win some games. He was also a big Denver Nuggets and Avalanche fan.
Bob is preceded in death by his grandfather George Sherman Sr.,his grandmother Evelyn Ethel Sherman and his mother Elizabeth Sherman Flory.
He is survived by his wife Karen Flory, son Matthew Weir (Staci), grandchildren Elijah, Shawnaci and Taytum. Great grandchildren Savier and Natalie. Sisters Marcella Myers ( Darlene), Pam Burkholder
(John), nephew Joshua and niece Allison. Sisters Trina Flory and Theresa Flory. Sister in law Tammy Masero, (Fred), nephew Andrew (Brontie) and niece Jourdan. He is also survived by his uncles George, Richard, Joseph, Peter, and also by his Aunt Evelyn.
Bob was a good man and will be greatly missed.
